Canaan Partners led the round, with additional backing from Kleiner Perkins, Peak XV Partners, Wing Ventures, and Recall Capital. Angel investors, including leaders from Notion, Dropbox, and Zapier, also participated.

Founded in 2020 by Varun and Arnav Sharma, Enterpret specializes in converting unstructured customer feedback into meaningful insights. The platform uses natural language processing and machine learning to centralize feedback across channels. By analyzing key trends, sentiments, and issues, Enterpret helps businesses enhance customer satisfaction and improve product development.
Scaling AI-Driven Solutions
With the fresh capital, Enterpret plans to expand its no-code AI agents and strengthen its presence in the market. The company aims to bridge gaps between product, marketing, and sales teams by providing a centralized platform for customer feedback. Since May, Enterpret has doubled its annual recurring revenue (ARR) and onboarded high-profile clients like Canva, Notion, Monday.com, Loom, and Vimeo. These companies rely on Enterpret to streamline feedback analysis and drive decision-making.
